a). direct marketing, which includes promotion via electronic or other channels, marketing or selling, of CTF Life insurance or insurance related products or services; and subject to your consent given, CTF Life may use your personal data (as set out in section 1) for direct marketing aforementioned. If subsequent to your submission of this form you do not wish to receive our promotional offers or information, please let us know and we will cease to use your personal data immediately, free of charge. Please send your written request to our Data Protection Officer at the address provided in section 3.

b). campaign notification, which includes sending campaign related information and / or prize redemption notification (if applicable) via contact number and / or email address.

c). complying with the obligations, requirements or arrangements for disclosing and using data that apply to CTF Life or with which it is expected to comply according to: (i) any law binding or applying to it within or outside Hong Kong existing currently and in the future; (ii) any guidelines or guidance given or issued by any legal, regulatory, governmental, tax, law enforcement or other authorities, or self-regulatory or industry bodies or associations of financial services providers within or outside Hong Kong existing currently and in the future; and (iii) any present or future contractual or other commitment with local or foreign legal, regulatory, governmental, tax, law enforcement or other authorities, or self-regulatory or industry bodies or associations of financial services providers that is assumed by or imposed on CTF Life by reason of its financial, commercial, business or other interests or activities in or related to the jurisdiction of the relevant local or foreign legal, regulatory, governmental, tax, law enforcement or other authorities, or self-regulatory or industry bodies or associations. 

a). any insurance broker, agent, independent financial advisor acting on your behalf or your assignee, adjusters, employers, health care professionals, hospitals, accountants, financial advisors, solicitors, organizations that consolidate claims and underwriting information for the insurance industry; fraud prevention organizations; other insurance companies (whether directly or through fraud prevention organization or other persons named in this paragraph), the police and databases or registers (and their operators) used by the insurance industry to analyse and check information provided against existing information) for any of the purposes set out in section 2;

b). any person to whom CTF Life is under an obligation or otherwise required to make disclosure under the requirement of any law binding on or applying to CTF Life or any of its group companies, or any disclosure under and for the purposes of any guidelines or guidance given or issued by any legal, regulatory, governmental, tax, law enforcement or other authorities, or self-regulatory or industry bodies or associations of financial services providers with which CTF Life is expected to comply or any disclosure pursuant to any contractual or other commitment of CTF Life with local or foreign legal, regulatory, governmental, tax, law enforcement or other authorities, or self-regulatory or industry bodies or associations of financial services providers, all of which may be within or outside Hong Kong and may be existing currently and in the future.

a). 直接促销，包括透过电子或其他的渠道推广，促销或销售周大福人寿的产品或服务；及在获得您的同意下，周大福人寿可能会使用您的个人资料(第1段所述)作以上所载的直接促销。如果在您提交此表格后，您不希望收到我们的推广性要约或信息，请通知我们，我们将立即停止使用您的个人资料，并不收取任何费用。请把您的有关要求以书面通知我们的保障数据主任，其联络地址载于第3段；

b). 活动通知，包括透过联络电话及/或电邮地址发送活动信息及/或奖品通知（如适用）；

c). 为遵守下列适用于周大福人寿或周大福人寿应该遵守的有关披露及使用数据的责任、规定或安排：(i) 在香港境内或境外，现行或将会存在的，并对其具约束力或适用于其的任何法律；(ii) 在香港境内或境外，现行或将会存在的，并由任何法定、监管、政府、税务、执法或其他机构，或由金融服务提供商的自我监管或业界的团体或组织所发出或提供之任何指引或指导；及(iii) 周大福人寿因其在本地或海外的司法管辖区或与该司法管辖区相关的金融、商业、营业或其他利益或活动而须承担与该本地或海外的法定、监管、政府、税务、执法或其他机构或金融服务提供商的自我监管或业界的团体或组织之间的现有或将来之任何合约承诺或其他承诺。 

a). 代表您的任何保险经纪、代理、独立财务顾问或您的受让人、理算人、雇主、医护专业人士、医院、会计师、财务顾问、律师、整合保险业申索和承保数据的组织，防欺诈组织，其他保险公司(无论是直接地或是通过防欺诈组织或本段中指名的其他人士)，警察和保险业就现有数据而对所提供的数据作出分析和检查的数据库或登记册(及其运营者)作在第2段中所列出的任何用途； 

b). 周大福人寿在根据对其本身或其任何集团公司具约束力或适用的任何法律规定下的责任或其他原因，或按照及为实施其应该遵守的由任何法定、监管、政府、税务、执法或 其他机构或金供商的自我监管或业界的团体或组织所提供或发出的指引或指导，或根据与本地或海外之法定、监管、政府、税务、执法或其他机构或金融服务提供商的自我监管或业界的团体或组织之间的任何合约承诺或其他承诺，而必须对其作出披露的任何人士，而该等人士可能处于香港境内或境外及可能是已存在、现有或将来出现的人士。
